Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a residential boutique located in Brampton, Ontario. All visits are by appointment only. Please contact us at contact@moornii.com to book an appointment.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we specialize in custom occasion and bridal wear. We would love to work with you to create your dream outfit! Visit our Design Consultation page to send us an image or description of the outfit you would like to create and we will get back to you shortly.

How much time do you require to create a custom piece?

We typically require 4-6 weeks for non-bridal custom orders and at least 4-6 months for bridal orders.

Once you contact us directly at contact@moornii.com or on our Design Consultation page we will get back to you regarding how long the piece will take to be made and shipped, taking into consideration the date of your event. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be charged by the shipping courier. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

As all orders are made specific to each client's requests, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
