Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire after:
- 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive your order, or
- For multiple items delivered separately: 14 days from the day the last item is received

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method).
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returning Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
You will be responsible for direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons if unsealed
- Digital content delivered immediately with your consent
